Adjust the idle. Turn it about a 1/4 turn counter clock-wise. I rejetted, opened air box and exhaust. Bike starts right up without choke.

 

Rejetted?? What size of jets did you go to?? Opened air box and Exhaust?? How.

 

if my idle was lower it would run in reverse haha, i need to tune the carb! But i get what your saying forsure

 

Counter clockwise, UPS the idle, clockwise lowers. It is a screw, screw it in, less, open more.

 

Sorry i dont read well appearently, i tried it many ways and its just not going to work, its too lean all around. Also having a hell of a time finding a 51t sprocket for it

Very similar mods to mine to lower it. Seat shaved and forks raised in the triple tree. I also installed a 280mm (11") shock in the rear to keep the front/rear suspension geometry same as stock. Did need some spacers upper and lower mounts for the rear shock but pretty straightforward install. Amazon.com

i installed a 280mm myself today. same deal making some spacers, But it fit nice. Supports the bike great but i dont think it dampens much.

Also the bike is very low, Makes me laugh!

BUT my 5'2 wife loves it, so were gonna try it for a bit

I used a different one. Tried a similar one to yours at first and had to crank it up to the moon to keep it from bottoming out. Then I installed a version of the one I will link but it's only 850lb. Still had to crank it pretty high but far better.
